We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase, so if for any reason the product does not live up to expectations simply contact us within 24 days of delivery and return your order within 40 days.

Shipping costs are deducted from returned orders.

If an order isn't handled properly during shipping, then let us know within 10 days of delivery so that our supplier can file a damage claim and make things right for both parties involved in this process - including sending out new products or refunding money back into your account depending on what happened).
